• Question: what do you like to do in your free time?

      Play hockey and tennis, sing in a choir and trying new food dishes with friends and family!

      I like to go hiking, spend time playing board games with my family and friends, and I’ve just started knitting so I’m really enjoying making my own sweater!

      My main hobbies in my free time are running and learning Japanese. This year, I ran my first marathon race at Manchester Marathon in October and next summer I’m running a race called the Lakeland 50 which is a 50 mile race through the hills in the Lake District (so I’ll be doing a lot of training!).

      At the weekends I play golf and watch movies. During the week I go to the driving range to practice my golf, as well as rugby training. I also go to the gym in the mornings before work!

      Being outside, I spend alot of time in front of a computer or looking at hardware so I like to make the most of being outside when I’m free. Usually go for a walk up a hill or go to my local archery club for some target shooting.

      in my free time i take my boys to and from their sports activities and i also like to play guitar.

      I love to hike around the Cotswolds with my family, or just me and my dog – fresh air and exercise keep my anxiety in check so it’s really important I make time for it.
      I also do a few exercise classes a week (Zumba, kettelbells) and I am part of a choir too. Music is good for the soul!

      I swim, do athletics, row, and play rugby, and I play in a few bands/orchestras. I also read lots of books, and watch TV.
